BlackAdder movie - THE TRUTH!!
Always one to stop a rumour dead in its tracks - BlackAdder Hall once again can lay to rest the latest rumours surrounding a BlackAdder movie. I've spoken to my source who is very close to one of the writers and they had this to say:
"Not that I've heard! And just checked with Richard and he knows nothing of it. Ben did once start a russian revolution blackadder, but it was years ago and nothing ever came of it. Why let truth get in the way of a good story though."
So, there you have it.. There is no movie/series currently being worked on.

are the pilots of blackadder available for sale? it's so sad that no one ever seems able to find it..
and i think that in this day and age - especially such a long time after the original series - a movie would be a bad idea.
even blackadder 5 in the dvd set was lacklustre..=(
Hmm...news of no movie or series could be good or bad...Truly, they can't match series 2 - 4...its not a possibility..especially with what Back and Forth (truly mediocre at best) offered us. Should lie (a truly great) sleeping dog lie.

I am a huge fan of Blackadder, and would really like to find a Blackadder-themed ringtone for my cellphone. Unfortunately, I live in the U.S., where for some strange reason Blackadder seems to be somewhat underappreciated, as I cannot find any ringtones. If anyone is able to tell me where I can download one for my Motorola E815, I'd really appreciate that. Thanks!
i think they should do a movie just like the christmas carols. They just need to find the middle ground between "Back and Fourth" and The christmas carols. There is really potential there
I can't find the clip. They should release the specials and the pilot eps as one set. I really wish they would. Any other places to get the pilot ep?
As for the movie. I don't think it would of been good as a movie , that's just me. Series 2 and 3 are priceless enough for me.
As fir tge tv show...i would have loved to see another installment , but Rowan and Stephen and Hugh are all so busy these these days. I have no idea what is going on with Miranda and Tony these days though , aside from the history channel and HP.

I would love to see more Blackadder! Love that show and miss it horribly, horribly! ;o) About as much as a concrete elephant, I imagine, if I might be so bold? Would definitely love a movie. Luckily I catch re-runs on BBCAmerica and A&E from time to time, otherwise I'd be in complete withdrawal, you know!

Judging from this interview the only Idea about a new Blackadder Series is the one which is already been mentioned more than once, COLDITZ Prison escape, but his time is Rowan Atkinson in person to mention it, will it end to reality? We hope so! one day....
